Hope can feel foolish. But maybe it’s also holy. In our final summer service, we celebrate the practice of holding onto light—together. Not the easy kind of hope, but the kind that keeps going, even when it’s hard to see what’s ahead.

This Sunday in Room 10: Black Light Watercolor Art!

Join Erin Hein, for a glowing art experience in Room 10! All ages—from curious 4-year-olds to creative high schoolers—are invited to dive deep and create undersea creatures of the deep using special watercolor techniques that come to life under black light. Come explore your imagination and discover what swims in the mysterious waters below!

Options for Younger Children: Our youngest friends can join the Chalice Children in the Childcare Room (Ages 2-4 yrs, room 2, downstairs). Families can also watch the service from the Family Room, or keep young children at the front of the sanctuary in the Wee Worship area.
