Beyond Antiracism 101: A Workshop Sponsored by Showing Up for Racial Justice, Saturday, August 6 from 9:30-12

If you’ve been following developments with our antiracism workshop you’ll note the title change. Our congregation is in fact past a beginner course in antiracism. We’ve studied, heard sermons, and had religious education on antiracism. Where do you go from here in your antiracism practice. Where do we go together? Our workshop will be facilitated by the Center for the Healing of Racism, a Houston-based leader in antiracism education. The director, Dr. Cherry Steinwender, will be facilitating in person. Child care will be provided.
