Movie Night at Northwoods

June 12 is “Loving Day”, the anniversary that marks the 1967 Supreme Court decision in the Loving vs Virginia case. Come enjoy the film “Loving”; the 2016 biographical film about the couple who were the plaintiffs in the Supreme Court decision which struck down laws against interracial marriage. This beautiful film focuses on their everyday lives, and the impact that institutional racism played. Feel free to byo adult beverage- Mary will be popping the popcorn!
